  • How do I care for the swimwear? 
    •

    Cold Wash in washer. Air dry. But for best results and long lasting color, hand washing with mild soap and water is ideal.

  • What makes your clothing luxury?

    The Material. Our clothes appear understated in design, we focus more on quality of fabric, which is what will provide you with a garment that will fit right, function for the season it's intended for and last a long time. 

  • Where are your pieces produced? 
    •

    We produce world wide, US, Brazil, Japan and China. We partner with small factories that have the best quality of fabric and craftsmanship, while keeping in mind acceptable work conditions for all employees.

  • Why did you create Citizens Of The World? What was the inspo/ idea behind it?
    •

    The name of the brand  came from my life experience living in a 8 different cities/countries by the time I was 21. My identity was shaped by my experience, which was not reflected in one culture, my confused 20 year old often answered the question of “where are you from” with “ I am citizens of the world”.

  • What payment methods are accepted on your website? All Major credit cards and Apple Pay 
  • I’m not sure which size to choose, shall I size up or size down?

    Our clothes have generous sizing, for the most part, pick true to size. If you are between sizes, size down for the stretchy items. We try to guide the customers on the fit on each garment. Our Fit models are tall, which means for girls shorter than 5’5 you may need to hem the clothes. 


    RETURN POLICY: 

  • What is your return policy? You can return unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Do you offer international shipping? We ship internationally. While we do not charge a shipping fee, we do charge customs and duty at check out. 
  • Do you offer express postage and shipping? Not at this time. 
  • How can I track my order? Once the warehouse has created a shipment label, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
